Our sous chef, Jan Roth, took 3rd place in the Pâtisserie category at the Marmite Youngster!
The competition theme ‘Classically into the future’ could not have suited Jan better. With his flair for modern interpretations of classic dishes and his courage to use unconventional ingredients and textures, he brings a breath of fresh air to the world of patisserie – and to our kitchen.
